Booking Conditions
The following booking conditions will apply to all reservations made as of August 11th, 2006:

- A $200.00 deposit is collected by credit card which is deducted from the total balance. The remainder of
the balance is then due to 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the reservation is made within 30 days of
arrival the entire balance is due at time of booking by credit card only (which will incur a 5% credit card fee
on top of the balance).

- After the $200.00 deposit, guests will have 2 options of paying the entire balance prior to their arrival:
1)      You may pay the entire balance by credit card. If you choose to do this, you will incur a 5% credit
card fee on top of the balance.
2)      Or they may pay the entire balance by cashier’s check/money order.
NO PERSONAL OR
BUSINESS CHECKS.

- Regardless of the option to pay the balance, it MUST be received by the 60 day or 30 day deadline or the
reservation will be cancelled and the deposit of $200.00 will be kept.
All money paid is nonrefundable!
